Job Duties: Associate with Goldman Sachs Bank USA in New York, New York. Remote work permitted 2 days per week within commuting distance of New York, NY. Focus on centralizing data and APIs in one platform, build features and enhancements across cards services with our APIs to meet use case needs and enable seamless access to the data for consumer business. Develop an organized strategic product roadmap by working closely with the cross-functional teams including business partners in legal and compliance, credit, analytics, operation, and technology to develop technical product requirements for both enhancing our existing products and building new products. Responsible for end-to-end system development life cycle from requirements design, analysis, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) validation, and monitoring best in class credit decision workflows for digital banking products of Marcus Cards technology applications. Work closely with User Interface (UI) designers to understand the behavior of software interface and come up with the technical design to implement. Perform statistically driven analysis using various data analytical techniques to identify trends and propose enhancements related to digital banking products. Leverage quantitative and qualitative data analysis skills to dive deep into data and establish feedback loops with leadership, engineering and product management for better understanding and response to customer needs and product behavior. Make proficient use of Splunk, Postman, Tableau, Confluence, Jira, and Snowflake to provide analytics support for production servers and systems monitoring and enhancements.

Job Requirements: Master's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Science & Technology, Information Systems, or a related field. Three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior experience must include three (3) years of experience with the following: develop, launch, and iterate consumer facing products across the product lifecycle; identify customer pain points, devise strategy, and define product requirements; deliver product milestones within Agile frameworks; translate product requirements into technical details and partner with engineers to enhance existing product functionalities and implement new features; utilize tools including Postman API, Splunk, Snowflake, Tableau, Confluence and JIRA; use SQL to perform data analysis; experience with financial data and analyze key product insights; working with application programming interface (API) services; and working in a product management role.

Salary Range: The expected annual base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $136,000 - 153,000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
