Our Purpose: We pioneer the innovations that move and connect people to what matters About the Role: The IT Learning and Readiness team supports the learning and development, organizational change management, communications, and employee experience programs for the IT organization. We're on a mission to drive the right experience for the right person at the right time. Our small but mighty team works alongside the broader Office of the CIO team to support the talent and people components to move our IT objectives forward.

RESPONSIBILITIES

What you will be doing:

• Assist in creating learning experiences including, but not limited to: self-paced microlearning courses, learning dojos, role-based learning plans and topic-specific programs.
• Collaborate with the learning team to develop learning resources that are engaging and accessible to learners from a variety of backgrounds.
• Upload courses and track learning event attendance in the learning management system.
• Review learning resources regularly to ensure quality and relevance.
• Work with the team to maintain systems and reporting on learning data.
• Embrace a growth mindset and continuously develop both technical and learning acumen

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Communicate with a variety of audiences with a dynamic and conversational style in both written and verbal channels
• Ability to organize, move, select, synthesize, summarize, and edit information to make it effective
• Preferred but not required: experience developing learning aligned to modern tech stacks Preferred but not required: Digital content creation experience (Canva, Articulate, Adobe Creative Suit, or Camtasia)
• Preferred but not required: basic coding experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript or Python)
