JOB DESCRIPTION
About the role:
As a Software Development Engineer III (SDE III), you will be an experienced technical leader responsible for driving complex projects within a Scrum team, mentoring junior engineers, and influencing key technical decisions. You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining Enterprise Correspondence platform tooling, leveraging JavaScript, .NET, and automation tools.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will:
• Lead the design and development of scalable and efficient software solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering growth and best practices.
• Influence architectural decisions and contribute to the overall technical strategy.

• Develop and maintain templates for enterprise correspondence platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Conduct code reviews, ensuring high-quality, maintainable, and secure code.
• Implement automation tools to enhance efficiency and streamline development processes.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
• Maintain well documented process and store in a centralized location.
QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, .NET, Azure, Azure Pipelines and automation tools.
• Experience leading complex projects within an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Proven ability to mentor and guide junior engineers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make informed technical decisions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related Engineering field; and/or commensurate experience preferred
- 4-6 years software development experience required
