About the role

The Product Marketing Manager III will lead high-profile marketing initiatives that align with business goals and elevate the customer experience across B2C and B2B channels. This role is responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, managing customer communications across the journey, and driving alignment across cross-functional teams. You'll be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing, campaign development, and agile methodologies.
You'll collaborate with stakeholders across the GM Enterprise to ensure marketing efforts are customer-centric, data-informed, and results-driven. You'll also lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of innovation, trust, and continuous improvement.
In this role you will:
- Direct and create high-profile marketing initiatives that align with business needs and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns and initiatives
- Manage customer communications across all touchpoints, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies and business objectives
- Partner with product managers and marketing teams to define and implement goals, strategies, and campaigns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support B2C/B2B marketing strategies through influence and leadership
- Prioritize marketing initiatives to align experiences across channels and drive optimal business outcomes
- Contribute to strategic planning by combining customer insights and business cases to shape future marketing roadmaps
- Analyze market and competitive research to anticipate trends and inform marketing strategies
- Serve as a subject matter expert for go-to-market activities
- Measure and report on campaign effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
- Champion GM Financial's vision and strategic goals, translating them into impactful marketing features and enhancements
- Lead and mentor a team responsible for executing product marketing strategies
- Foster a culture of trust, innovation, continuous improvement, and excellence

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate it clearly to stakeholders
- Experience developing and managing marketing roadmaps and campaign enhancements
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required; Master's Degree preferred
- Work Experience: 7-10 years in product marketing or a similar role required
