RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you'll work hands-on with the Salesforce.com platform-developing VisualForce pages, Apex classes, and creating technical documentation. You'll also have the opportunity to explore and implement new technologies beyond Salesforce, contributing to broader digital transformation efforts

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and resolve internal requests, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of data resources and technical documentation.
  • Develop and maintain Apex triggers, classes, batch jobs, and other Salesforce components.
  • Enhance and support Salesforce.com and integrated applications.
  • Analyze technical needs for Salesforce and website integrations.
  • Design and development of VisualForce and Apex solutions.
  • Participate in technical architecture meetings and design reviews.
  • Champion best practices for Salesforce and Force.com implementations.
  • Conduct collaborative "whiteboard" sessions with business and IT stakeholders.
  • Deliver high-quality solutions on time and with minimal supervision.
  • Operate independently and proactively to address enhancements and fixes.


QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
  • Master's Degree preferred.
  • 2-4 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Proven experience with Apex, VisualForce, and Salesforce integrations.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce.com platform and development tools.
  • Proficiency in SQL, SAS, and reporting systems.
  • Solid web development skills.
  • Familiarity with contract funding, retail/lease origination, and underwriting systems preferred.
