RESPONSIBILITIES

About the role:
Leverage data, technology, and analytics to conduct thorough research that connects people and performance to business outcomes. This role emphasizes the use of advanced analytics and statistical modeling to derive actionable insights from complex people data, directly influencing talent strategies and organizational effectiveness.

JOB DUTIES

• Develop and implement advanced statistical models (e.g., regression, clustering, decision trees) to analyze workforce trends and predict future outcomes.
• Apply machine learning techniques to identify patterns and inform strategic HR initiatives.
• Utilize AI and Generative AI tools to enhance data analysis and storytelling capabilities.
• Stay at the forefront of the latest trends in People analytics and Technology, and champion the adoption of the new techniques within the organization.
• Design and conduct comprehensive analyses combining structured data (e.g., HRIS, ATS) with unstructured data.
• Integrate findings from various data sources to provide a holistic view of employee experiences and organizational dynamics.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for HR and business leaders.
• Develop compelling narratives supported by data visualizations to drive informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their challenges and deliver tailored analytical solutions to support their strategic goals.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
• Partner with HR leaders, business units, and data engineering teams to align analytics initiatives with organizational goals.
• Provide consultative support to stakeholders, guiding them in interpreting data insights and implementing recommendations.

QUALIFICATIONS

What makes you a dream candidate?

  • Proficiency in statistical programming languages (e.g., Python, R), SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate quantitative and qualitative data to inform strategic decisions
  • Experience with AI and Generative AI applications in People analytics
  • Familiarity with HR systems and data structures
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence Senior Leadership
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Analytics preferred

Experience and Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field with 7-10 years of experience in research-oriented roles within People Analytics, with a focus on advanced analytics and insight generation.

OR

  • Master's or Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field with 3 -7 years of experience in research-oriented roles within People Analytics, with a focus on advanced analytics and insight generation.
