• Strong written and verbal communication skills required. This position will communicate with business leaders and have exposure to external media stakeholders.
• Must be comfortable with teamwork and a collaborative environment
• Familiar with Microsoft Office suite
• Experience with Adobe suite or Adobe Experience Manager a plus
• Must be detail oriented and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Previous internships considered a plus.

• Must be a current student pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university in Public Relations, Strategic Communications, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or other communicative discipline.
• Must possess a minimum of a 3.0 (out of a 4 point scale) overall GPA.
• Junior or Senior classification preferred.

• Must be able to commit to work 40 hours for 11 consecutive weeks during the summer (5/27/26-8/7/26)
• Must participate in all GMF-sponsored events for interns.
