About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative digital marketing professional to lead the development, execution, and optimization of innovative multi-channel campaigns. This role involves managing email, SMS, and lifecycle marketing campaign execution, reporting dashboards, and campaign analytics, while ensuring seamless data flow and deliverability across digital marketing platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in leveraging real time CDPs, marketing automation tools and other marketing platforms. Experience using Adobe Experience Platform or other Customer Data Platform tools, with strong skills in database management, segmentation or audience creation, A/B testing, campaign orchestration and management. Responsibilities include marketing campaign management, marketing data strategy, system maintenance, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, data science and technology teams. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, SQL, and Microsoft Office tools is essential, along with excellent communication, writing, and editing skills. The candidate must be highly organized, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. - Create monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reports at the request of the business
- Test the deliverability of campaigns (email/SMS) and ensure proper data flow from the campaign through the landing page and into the target database prior to campaign launch
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance during and post-launch, sharing insights across marketing teams
- Review marketing data coming in from all sources, research and route/respond as appropriate
- Work closely with marketing groups and Product Management to deliver best performing digital content at the right touchpoints.
- Structure the use of links, images and styles following brand guidelines
- Build, manage and optimize audience segments to drive growth
- Manage marketing compliance strategy by partnering with product, legal and privacy teams
- Implement list segmentation strategies for targeted email/SMS/Direct Mail campaigns
- Provide day-to-day system maintenance and configuration of the systems, as well as act as the first line of defense for system support.
- Work with product and technology partners to understand system functionality, manage MarTech roadmap to ensure execution and compliance
- Assist with special projects as assigned
RESPONSIBILITIES
What makes you a dream candidate?
- Adobe Experience Platform or like Customer Data Platform tools such as Segment, Tealium, ActionIQ are highly encouraged
- Database management, segment development, setup, testing, launching and scoring of campaigns and programs, and reporting on campaign analytics
- Strong understanding of A/B testing
- Building and administering multiple campaigns in Adobe Journey Optimizer or similar marketing automation platform
- Basic skill and knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL and BI Tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Databricks
- Effectively work with team members from diverse disciplines
- Be enthusiastic and positive in providing and receiving feedback
- Exhibit confidence, flexibility, and an open mind
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment that requires quick turnaround and quality output
- High-level proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Possess a strong attention to detail and quality control
- Well organized with strong time management skills
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication or related discipline required
- 3+ years tactical and strategic experience in Marketing Automation required

The base salary for this role is $73,500 to $147,000.
At GM Financial, we strive for transparency and in all aspects of our business, including pay equity. This is the GM Financial pay range for this role and job level. The exact salary and compensation will vary based on factors like knowledge, skills, experience and education.
This role is eligible to participate in a performance-based incentive plan. Full time employees are eligible to participate in health benefits on day one of employment.
