RESPONSIBILITIES
What You'll Be Doing:
- Make outbound and take inbound calls to collect on past-due customer accounts
- Actively listen to our customers and offer solutions to resolve accounts while providing a remarkable experience
- Strive to outperform expectations with a positive attitude in a team environment
- Ensure actions follow company policies and laws
- Maximize productive time by utilizing effective time management skills
- Engage in continuous learning opportunities

Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent Required
- 0-2 years working with customers in a service-minded environment
- Previous experience in collections or finance considered an asset
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary of $22/hour plus quarterly bonus incentive
- Schedule: Training: In office 8-5pm for 5 weeks, then hybrid. Regular schedule 3 days of 8am-5pm, 2 days 11am-8pm, and a rotational Saturday per month. Mandatory 2-3 day in office per week.
