• Design and Implement Cloud-Based AI/ML Infrastructure
  Architect secure, scalable AI/ML solutions on Microsoft Azure and AWS, including Databricks clusters for generative AI workloads.
• Automate Infrastructure and Operations
  Develop infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform, Azure CLI, PowerShell, Azure DevOps, and other tools to automate deployment and management of cloud environments.
• Enable MLOps and CI/CD Practices
  Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ML models, integrating MLOps best practices for continuous deployment, monitoring, and governance.
• Configure and Manage Azure AI Services
  Provision and manage services such as Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, ML Studio, Managed Identities, SPNs, and Enterprise Applications.
• Collaborate Across Teams
  Partner with product owners, developers, and engineers to define service level objectives, troubleshoot cloud-hosted environments, and prototype best practices for cloud-native applications.
• Ensure Security and Compliance
  Implement and monitor cybersecurity controls, compliance standards, and governance policies across AI and cloud workloads.
• Optimize Cloud Performance and Cost
  Continuously assess and improve cloud resource utilization to ensure cost-efficiency and high performance.
• Support and Availability
  Participate in on-call rotations to provide support and incident response outside of normal business hours.
• Promote Engineering Excellence
  Advocate for trunk-based development, automated testing (ATDD/TDD), distributed version control, and release automation across teams.
• Assess Technical Feasibility
  Evaluate business requirements and propose scalable, secure technical solutions aligned with organizational goals.

• Bachelor's Degree in related field or additional equivalent work or military experience required
• Master's Degree in related field preferred
• 1-3 years of progressive IT experience with specific experience in cloud software development, test automation, system administration, infrastructure/operations or equivalent training required
• Cloud Platforms & Services
  Proficient in Microsoft Azure (AKS, Functions, Storage, Networking) and Databricks platform administration and optimization.
• Automation & Infrastructure as Code
  Skilled in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and ARM templates; experienced in scripting with Python and PowerShell for task automation.
• DevOps & MLOps
  Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for ML/AI pipeline automation and implementing MLOps tools and frameworks for model lifecycle management.
• Containerization & Orchestration
  Expertise in container technologies including Docker and Kubernetes, particularly for deploying and scaling AI applications.
• Security & Identity Management
  Knowledge of provisioning and managing Azure Managed Identities, Service Principal Names (SPNs), and Enterprise Applications to support secure cloud operations.
