AVP HR Experience Partner
JOB DESCRIPTION
The AVP, HR Experience Partner, will lead a team of HR Experience Partners dedicated to proactively addressing business challenges and driving HR priorities in close collaboration with HR Business Partners. This role's leadership will be pivotal in guiding your team to implement strategic talent initiatives across various business units, providing critical people and talent insights, and enhancing the overall employee experience at the officer level.
In this role you will act as a change agent, working closely with HR functional groups and senior leaders to ensure that business requirements are met, and HR strategies are delivered effectively. You will also be responsible for capacity and demand management, ensuring that your team is optimally staffed, and resources are allocated efficiently to meet the evolving needs of the business. This role operates within a shared services model, supporting HR Business Partners in an agile and responsive manner to deliver scalable, high-impact HR solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage a team of HR Experience Partners, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities
- Manage capacity and demand of talent projects in partnership with the HRBP supporting key project deliverables
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration between HR Experience Partners and HR Business Partners
- Establish, measure, and maintain performance along business-focused KPIs for the team with direct measures of success in the business
- Analyze data and identify trends to diagnose problems and inform solutions to address (eg turnover, ER, talent movement, etc)
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement business practices within the HR Experience Partner team
- Develop adaptable talent solutions that address business needs and empower HR Experience Partners to apply them consistently across the enterprise.
- Perform other duties as assigned - Conform with all company policies and procedures
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with Talent Management frameworks and Talent Development Strategies
- Strong knowledge in organizational design to support enterprise-wide transformation
- Ability to drive initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and workplace culture
- Ability to use HR data and analytics to drive decision-making and process improvement
- Deep understanding of HR process, policies, and best practices across Employee Lifecycle
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulatory requirements, and compliance best practices
- Strong ability to lead, develop, and engage a team
- Ability to align HR programs with business goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and employees at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills to address complex HR challenges and drive effective solutions
- Skilled at working cross-functionally to implement HR strategies and initiatives
- Ability to drive change initiatives and support organizational transformation

Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Bachelors Degree strongly preferred
Work Experience:
12+ years of experience in related field required
5-7 years experience leading teams, projects, and initiatives though influence required
