Our Purpose: We pioneer the innovations that move and connect people to what matters
The AVP Fleet Services - Operational Excellence drives efficiency, effectiveness an quality management of Fleet Solutions processes and policies. This position develops new processes in conjunction with product development to help drive transformation, In addition, the AVP ensures all existing processes operate with high quality and operational effectiveness. The AVP works to improve internal and external processes and practices to provide small business customers with the best value possible while acting as the primary internal customer for core systems development.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for business process management, including maintaining an up-to-date inventory of process maps
- Designs and implements new processes to support new features and programs
- Establishes and maintains policies to mitigate operational risks
- Collaborates with audit and other control functions to drive operational excellence
- Supports development of training materials on business processes
- Supports efforts to drive continuous improvement across business processes
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have experience in process excellence, auditing, quality assurance, training or relevant work experience.
- Must be innovative at analyzing and presenting data in a meaningful manner
- Must have experience in process development and implementation
- Must be motivating leader, showing work commitment and drive results.
- Proven skills in spreadsheet modeling and the ability to operate in the banking/corporate environment
- Process design and experience with process mapping and control development
- Superior oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work well with all levels of management
- Ability to use good judgment in making independent decisions
- Must be deadline oriented
Work Experience
5-7 years proven experience in strategic planning, risk management and change management required
5-7 years management or leadership experience required
Work experience with fleet reporting preferred
Six Sigma certification preferred
Education
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience required
Master's Degree in MBA or Finance preferred

Compensation: Competitive salary and bonus eligibility; this role is eligible for company vehicle program
Working Conditions
Hybrid: 3 days in the office
Flexible schedule with possibility of working long hours
Some travel may be required to support business needs
Strong focus on providing quality service to internal and external customers
