Transactional Service Project Manager - Wind
Job Description Summary
The Transactional Service Project Manager will lead and execute turbine conversions, modification, and upgrades (CM&U) and other billable projects across EMEA. The Transactional Service Project Manager is accountable for Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost on multiple small and medium projects simultaneously. He/She/They will also support during the commercial phase and follow up with the customer after project execution to ensure revenue recognition.
The Transactional Service Project Manager will report to the Senior Transactional Staff Manager- EMEA.
Job Description
Responsibilities
Preparation phase:
- Build a Project team with relevant stakeholders, and lead coordination meetings.
- Prepare Project schedules including main project deliverables
- Identify main contractors (Crane, tooling & Manpower) and work with sourcing partners
- Organize site surveys and coordinate with internal engineering teams & contractors to build technical files for site execution (WDI's & protocols, etc.)
- Coordinate with Parts team for the preparation and availability of material
- In liaison with Sourcing & Logistics, coordinate: Material/tooling orders, transport, and delivery to site
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, engineering stakeholders, & business partner
- Raise Purchase orders for external vendors and internal services requests.

Execution phase:
- Coordinate with local site teams to ensure Turbine preparation is complete before execution start
- Coordinate the execution of site operations closely with the Site Manager/contractors and engineering team
- Drive resolution of technical issues in coordination with Engineering, Technical Support team and any other relevant function (Tooling, Methods & Processes etc.)Close-out phase:
- Financially close the project (incl. negotiations with vendors) and close service requests
- Report out on performance and lessons learnt/PSR

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Significant experience in a senior operational/execution role
- Experience in project management & people coordination
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally, as required (~20% time)
- Fluent in English
