Engineering associated with the manufacturing process. Accountable for the quality of own work. Subject to direct operations supervision/prescribed work instructions/systems checking. Executes within a well-defined operations framework. There is generally a step by step sequence of standard operational tasks which need to be followed to achieve an end result.

• izrada tehnoloških procesa u PMx-u i BMS-u gdje je to prihvatljivo
• promjena i dopuna postojećih tehnoloških procesa unosom PMx-u i BMS-u gdje je to prihvatljivo
• ispravak tehnoloških procesa uvjetovan zbog promjene - revizije nacrta ili promjene metode rada
• analizira izbor standardnih naprava i priprema te predlaže izradu specijalnih naprava
• rješavanje tekuće problematike u pogonu i raznih tehnoloških problema
• izrada tehnoloških skica
• izrada podloga za ponudu za ponovljive pozicije
• određuje i upisuje normative na tehnološki proces / tehnološke skice
• vrši praćenje i analizu vremena izrade te pravovremeno informira sve u lancu u slučaju odstupanja
• rješavanje neusklađenosti u proizvodnji
• izrada tehničkih zahtjeva za naručivanje kooperacijskih radova
• kontinuirano praćenje i analiza svih aktivnosti na projektima te poduzimanje korektivnih akcija s ciljem pojednostavljenja rada, povećanja tehnološkog nivoa i postizanje veće profitabilnosti
• izvještavanje nadređenih o svim bitnim devijacijama glede kvalitete, rokova i troškova te predlaganje korektivnih akcija
• poštivanje sustava zaštite na radu, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 i ISO 45001
• poštivanje reda, čistoće, sigurnosti i vizualnog identiteta
• u izvođenju navedenih aktivnosti uzima u obzir: zahtjeve kupca, QA propise, kvalitetu, ekonomičnost izrade, kontrolu troškova te raspoloživi GE strojni park i po potrebi izvan njega
• pokretanje preventivnih i korektivnih radnji u slučaju utvrđenih odstupanja od uobičajenih postupaka rada
• pružanje pravih informacija iz domena svojih poslova rukovoditelju te ostalim sudionicima s kojima kontaktira u radu
• vršenje svih izmjena, dopuna i ispravaka u toku procesa rada bilo na izradi procesa ili u toku proizvodnje
• pristup sustavu GE radnih uputa te Intranetu

• development of technological processes for PMx and BMS, where acceptable
• change and supplement existing technological processes by entering PMx and BMS where acceptable
• correction of technological processes due to changes - revisions of drafts or changes in working methods
• analyzes the selection of standard devices and preparations and proposes the development of special devices

• solving current problems in the plant and various technological problems
• making technological sketches
• preparation of bases for bids for repeatable positions
• determines and writes norms on technological process / technological sketches
• monitors and analyzes the time of production and timely informs everyone in the chain in case of deviations
• resolving non-conformities in production
• development of technical requirements for ordering cooperation works
• continuous monitoring and analysis of all activities on projects and taking corrective actions with the aim of simplifying work, increasing the technological level and achieving greater profitability
• reporting to superiors on all significant deviations in terms of quality, deadlines and costs and proposing corrective actions
• compliance with occupational safety systems, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
• respect for order, cleanliness, safety and visual identity
• in performing the above activities takes into account: customer requirements, QA regulations, quality, cost-effectiveness of production, cost control and available GE machinery and, if necessary, outside it
• initiating preventive and corrective actions in case of established deviations from normal work procedures
• providing the right information in the field of their work to the manager and other participants with whom he contacts in the work
• making all changes, additions and corrections during the work process, either during the development process or during production
• access to the GE work instructions system and the Intranet

• Magistar inženjer strojarstva / Inženjer strojarstva prvostupnik
• Znanje engleskog jezika - u govoru i pismu
• Znanje rada na računalu - MS office paket, Internet, Auto-CAD, PMx, BMS, Catia V5, GTCC PLM, webCRT, GOL
• Radno iskustvo nije potrebno
• Tehnološka znanja - poznavanje alata i režima obrade

• Master/ Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering
• English language knowledge - in speach and writing
• Computer skills - MS Office package, Internet, Auto-CAD, PMx, BMS, Catia V5, GTCC PLM, webCRT, GOL
• Working experience is not required
• Technological knowledge - knowledge of tools and processing modes
