The projects are executed within an international environment involving software development and implementation held in multi-sites and multi-countries. Hence both technical skills and interpersonal (communication both in oral and written form, self-organization, reporting, autonomy, decision making) are of utmost importance.
Responsibilities
- Defining configuration specifications and business analysis requirements.
- Develops and utilizes standard templates to accurately and concisely write requirements specifications.
- Assists with the interpretation of customer requirements into feasible options, and communicating these back to the business stakeholders.
- Manages and tracks the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary.
- Communicates changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements - verbally or through written documentation - to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in Business / System Analysis
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of Windows office systems
- Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail
- Experience in working with relational database as PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQLServer
- Familiar with source code management ( SVN, GIT)
- Practical knowledge of Agile methodology
- Proficient in collaborative tools like Confluence, JIRA
- English both spoken and written
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix systems
- Experience in the following areas : Market Management Systems ( MMS) or Energy Management Systems ( EMS) or Distribution Management Systems ( DMS)
- Familiar with xml, xsd, web services ( SOAP, REST )
- Familiar with CI tools (Jenkins)
