Job Description Summary
Design and delivery of the full spectrum of talent recruitment activities in China. Responsible for performance delivery, driving & championing customer and candidate focused strategies, proactive hiring through Talent mapping. Partnering with HR and People Leader in recruiting & onboarding the most suitable Talent for GE China.
Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead assignments to recruit top talent across China including hiring strategies on "Diaspora candidates"
- Create and Execute diversity strategies to attract a diverse group of high-quality passive candidates while delivering an exceptional recruiting experience for both PL and candidates
- Collect, Produce Talent Mapping and Market Data Insights to the Function on critical mandates.
- Work with HRP and key stakeholders to define a recruiting strategy based on the specific opportunity and business needs, clearly communicate the process, and set and manage client and candidate expectations
- Drive a world class, consistent, end-to-end candidate experience to promote the GE Gas Power Brand;
- Focus on quality of hire - drive use of capability assessments and talent mapping exercises to hire the best talent;
- Proactively develop candidate pool through strategic networking, referrals, events/conferences, and internal centers of influence;
- Influence client groups by using market data insights to support business growth and decision making.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelors/Master's degree from an accredited university or college with "significant" experience in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin ( speaking and reading)
Desired Characteristics
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including Mandarin Language.
- Ability to influence and manage Sr Stakeholders, advise them on TA best practices.
- Prior exp on Market mapping and understanding of China talent landscape
- Established project management skills to manage TA programs
- Track record of influencing diversity and inclusion efforts.
- Hands on exp on ATS or Workday
