As a Scrum Master, you will guide the Engineering teams through the Scrum Framework, help removing impediments that prevent teams from reaching their goals, and coach them to become self-organizing and cross-functional. You will be working closely with DevOps, Software Development and Test Automation scrum teams to help guide them in Agile/Scrum practices

Roles and Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum events to help making them effective in achieving the intended outcomes.
- Coach and mentor, the team(s) to understand and apply Scrum principles and practices, provide guidance, and support continuous improvement actions, and promote a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability.
- Identify and remove obstacles that prevent the team(s) from achieving their goals and help them developing strategies to overcome challenges.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure that the product backlog is properly maintained, prioritized, and refined to meet the team's goals.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned on the team's goals and progress.
- Promote and support the Scrum values of commitment, focus, openness, respect, and courage, and help the team embodying these values in their work.
- Help the team continuously improving its processes and practices, through inspection and adaptation, and by fostering a culture of experimentation and learning.
- Conduct Sprint Planning activities effectively
- Monitor and Present Scrum teams velocity and performance every sprint and implement improvements as needed

Required Qualifications
- This role requires experience in the Digital Project Management.
- Knowledge level is comparable to a master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
Desired Characteristics
- Strong understanding and experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework (Scrum Master Certification is required).
- Excellent leadership and facilitation skills, able to lead and guide the team through Scrum ceremonies and processes.
- Ability to coach and mentor team members, helping them to improve their skills and abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and other departments.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, able to identify and solve problems and make sound decisions.
- Strong understanding of software development and project management, able to manage and track progress and identify and manage risks.
- Strong ability to navigate through ambiguity and change.
- Familiar with ADMS, AEMS, MMS or GIS software products (GE software is a plus).
- Knowledge of frameworks to scale Agile Practices would be plus.
- Experience working with DevOps teams, knowledge in DevOps tools and practices will be a strong plus.
