This leadership role will support the development and execution of strategies to drive rapid and sustainable growth for our organization. The Marketing Leader will oversee multiple functional teams to accelerate growth including Regional Marketing, Account-based marketing, Digital and Creative Services, Marketing Operations, and Partner Marketing.

This data driven leader will have extensive background in demand generation to build regional growth strategies and a track record of partnering with sales to drive net new logos and customer expansion with a targeted account approach. Adept with digital marketing, managing integrated programs through multiple diverse channels, and creative services to design and deliver impactful content. Experience in developing partner marketing programs and collaboration with partners on GTM opportunities. Expertise in managing a full marketing technology ecosystem, partnering with IT to manage capability roadmap and sales operations to integrate funnel data in marketing performance reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling businesses, building and managing high-performing marketing teams, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment. Based in Hyderabad, IN, this leader will partner with other cross-functional leaders to drive employee engagement at the site. This role reports to the US-based Chief Marketing Officer.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development

  • Provide leadership to the marketing team, developing the team members' capabilities, sharing best practices and resources, and ensuring the organized and consistent execution of marketing programs, account-based initiatives, and event-based activities, with consideration for regional differences and local market dynamics.

Regional Marketing

  • Develop and execute region-specific, integrated territory marketing plans in close collaboration with Sales and channel teams, aligned to regional growth objectives, new customer acquisition, and customer retention goals. Integrated marketing plans should be multi-channel and encompass all stages of the buyer's journey and lead funnel.
  • Be accountable for regional demand generation goals (MQLs, SQLs) and lead flow to ensure lead volume and funnel efficiencies are optimized and in-line with sales pipeline goals.

Account-based Marketing

  • Build and lead global ABM center of excellence to support regional marketing. Accountable for supporting strategic account expansion and new logo wins.
  • Focus on the systems, tools, best practices, campaign frameworks, tool kits, and standard work for account portfolios (account intelligence building), metrics/measurement and optimization. Manage ABM agency.

Marketing Operations

  • Manage Marketing Technology platforms (CVent, On24, 6Sense, Drift, Outreach, Marketo, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, etc.) to ensure automated lead flow and intelligence, and prompt execution across platforms. Optimize the functionality of the digital infrastructure and ecosystem with close partnership with central IT organization.
  • Performance reporting, optimization, and insights to ensure efficacy of paid media strategy and marketing programs. Team with central data team to manage marketing data in the central data lake and ensure attribution models are tuned.
  • Manage budget to ensure fiscal responsibility across marketing spend. Interlock with finance and procurement to streamline processes.

Digital & Creative Services

  • Centralize traffic management of marketing programs.
  • Develop and execute web and digital channel strategies to optimize customer journeys and increase engagement and conversion rates. Develop, and execute digital marketing strategies, monitor, and interpret analytic data, and optimize the functionality of our digital infrastructure and ecosystem. This position requires strategic insight and planning, hands-on execution, and a data-driven orientation that can quickly turn analytical insights into action.
  • Manage and cultivate outside agency relationships to ensure that advertising, media and digital strategies effectively support and enhance the brand vision and strategy and deliver maximum impact and value.
  • Oversee, monitor, and review advertising and marketing programs to ensure their timely execution within budget parameters, cost effectiveness and the maximization of return on spend.

Partner Marketing

  • Establish partner marketing function, interlock with internal partner team, and drive the GTM strategy and key initiatives to help partners realize program value and support our customers.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and performance of multi-channel partnership programs and marketing campaigns to drive engagement and demand generation. Collaborate with the Marketing team to design partnership collaterals, including presentations, emails, brochures, case studies, etc.
  • Develop an effective communications framework that informs internal partner team and partner resources of product updates and GTM programs solution updates, etc

Skills and Experience

  • 20+ years of a successful track record in a global senior marketing role within a matrix environment
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business, marketing, or related field
  • Experience hiring and managing teams that range in size from 5 - 25
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
