Job Description
- Support the development and execution of sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead complex supplier negotiations and manage the procurement of goods and services within assigned categories.
- Evaluate supplier capabilities and performance, contributing to supplier selection and panel optimization.
- Manage contract terms, pricing, and conditions, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
- Perform data analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities, supply risks, and process improvements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, finance, operations) to align purchasing activities with project and operational needs.
- Handle claims and resolve issues with suppliers in a timely and effective manner.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members, sharing expertise and best practices.
- Drive procurement process improvements and support sourcing tools implementation.

- Required Qualifications
- This role requires experience in the Sourcing & Commodity Management.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
