We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Sourcing Escalation Management Leader to join our Team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and resolving sourcing-related escalations and ensuring rapid, effective fulfillment during critical customer outages. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring continuity of supply, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional coordination in high-impact scenarios.
Job Description
What you'll do
Ensure the most efficient and accurate processing of all transactions:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sourcing-related escalations tied to customer outages and urgent fulfillment needs.
- Coordinate across procurement, planning, logistics, and strategic sourcing teams to resolve escalations quickly and effectively.
- Establish and lead escalation response protocols and crisis management processes.
- Communicate status, risks, and recovery plans to key stakeholders, including senior leadership and customers.
- Establish supplier relation and drive supplier performance improvement according to SQDC.
- Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce recurrence of escalations.
- Negotiate expediting fees, cancelation settlement fees and other NCR costs, etc.
- Prioritize demand of flow/Eng Flow/CMU outages to support Parts Services Team to prioritize supply chain in order to meet emergency, forced outages, and short cycle customer demands.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards, KPIs, and post-mortem reports for continuous improvement.
- Champion towards Regions to support region strategies and resolve customer issues.
- Support Supply and Demand Teams in inventory and forecast management.
- Participate in supplier visits & preparation.
- Assist MOR & project review preparation.
- Drive new hire training and SOP/STDW creation and maintenance.

What you'll bring (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Significant experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain operations, with proven experience handling escalations or critical supply disruptions.
- Fluent English knowledge is essential
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams under pressure.
- Customer service and result oriented mindset.
- Experience in managing suppliers and vendor relationships in a fast-paced, global environment.

- Solid background in interpretation of Engineering drawings/specifications, and manufacturing process planning/evaluation.
