Roles and Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machines and equipment within the production area, ensuring smooth and efficient operation
• Assemble parts and components following detailed work instructions and quality standards
• Conduct basic visual inspections of finished and semi-finished products to identify defects or deviations
• Adhere strictly to production schedules and promptly report any issues or abnormalities to supervisors
• Maintain a safe working environment by following all safety protocols and wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily production goals and maintain high-quality standards

• Minimum 9-10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to work effectively in shift schedules and perform physically demanding tasks such as standing for long periods, lifting, and repetitive motions
• Basic knowledge of production processes with a strong discipline to follow detailed instructions and procedures
• Keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to product quality
• Strong team player with a reliable and responsible work ethic

• Preferably at least a 2-year university degree
• Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
• Willing and able to travel internationally without restrictions
• Possesses strong communication skills
• High level of analytical thinking skills
