What impact you'll make
As a Site Manager - Hydropower Plant of the Project Execution team, you will be an active contributor to the successful delivery of the CHIRA SORIA hydropower project, ensuring on-time execution, cost control, and the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Job Description

What you'll do

• Lead site mobilization and establish infrastructure, resources, and logistics for project execution
• Plan and coordinate all site activities to ensure efficient and timely operations
• Cooperate with partner and manage subcontractors to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements
• Drive project execution to meet schedule milestones and budget targets
• Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards across all site activities
• Establish and oversee quality assurance and quality control processes on site
• Monitor site progress and report on performance, risks, and key project indicators
• Lead and develop site teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, local authorities, and key stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Strong technical expertise in hydropower and power plant construction, with solid understanding of construction processes and project execution
• Experience in large-scale industrial or energy projects
• Ability to review and manage contractual and commercial aspects with partners and subcontractors
• Strong leadership and team management skills, including required experience and training in general management techniques, with proven commitment to health and safety standards
• Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability and willingness to travel nationally and internationally as needed

• Ability to influence organizational changes, with proven project management skills and experience in the energy industry
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to document, plan, and execute programs effectively
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset
