Responsible to develop and maintain integrated L2/L3 project schedules for a large portfolio of projects to support project reporting and on time delivery analysis which complies with Customer requirements and adheres to internal processes and standards.
Responsible to lead and support continuous improvement of Equipment Planning processes and tools for the global team and developing/maintaining KPIs (on time delivery, key milestones, say/do ratio, physical progress, schedule quality, etc.) & critical path analysis for TK projects or complex EO & EEP projects

ITO - OTR Handover

- ITO to OTR handover meeting to receive L1 bid schedule and contract details.
- Understand and Confirm ITO assumptions & risk summary is clearly understood, provided during ITO/OTR handoff.
- Attend CKOM & follow-up on open action items from the CKOM related to schedule execution
- Attends release meetings led by ITO to understand project scope, ITO assumptions, and contribute to Delivery Matrix development.
- Drives development of the Commitment Meeting file based on functional inputs, project requirements and contract requirements.
- Drives the Commitment Meeting with functional owners to resolve initial schedule disconnects and reach agreement on the project baseline.
L3 Baseline Schedule / KPIs Development
- Use the available standard schedule template based on scope of project
- Set up L3 baseline schedule by using process flow guidelines available for Equipment projects: GPSPE SCH 008 & TKSI/TKP projects: GPSPE SCH 008
- Develop baseline progress ""S"" curves based on allocated weightage
- Participate in the Constructability review to make sure project schedule is aligned with baseline schedule
Project Schedule Maintenance
- Update project master time schedule based on inputs provided by each owner of tasks per process document # GPSPE SCH004Rev: 1.0
- Lead and drive the Partner and Site Scheduling team members (chairing meetings, driving actions, and holding accountability for actions)
- Update the internal and external progress reports curves, float reports and say/do ratio
- Perform schedule analysis on monthly basis to identify the critical impacts and provide the mitigations suggestions.
- Organize monthly 'schedule deep dives' providing guidance & insights to project and senior management
- Ensure project schedule updates and KPIs in Pulse page & WIPT
- Perform the critical path analysis for deliverables and ensure no impact to contract dates.
- Claims (EOT, etc.); perform delay analysis to support extension of time and cost claims
- Revise and reissue the baseline schedule due to variation orders resulting in changes to the contract date and/or major scope. Progress will be track against revised baseline schedule
- Update the cash collection milestone in P6 schedule
- Perform Resources analysis based on planned vs. actuals, highlight, and communicate the risk to project director and team
- Works with project team to identify mitigation strategies and ensure strategies are reflected in project schedule.
- Escalates critical project issues to the internal project manager and project team.
- Ensures reports for other functions and customers accurately reflect status of project equipment and provide to customer and business reporting.
- Communicates to functions impact of execution strategy changes and resulting changes to required dates.
- Acts as a resource for project team members and supports with data, analysis, and root causes of schedule variances.
- Uses some judgement and has some ability to propose different solutions to address more complicated project scenarios.
- Prepare Project close-out report including lessons learned to be completed two weeks before departure from team, submit to Scheduling Pole Leader.
Change order management
- Investigate schedule impact of proposed change order and support/develop claim documentation
- Work with Contract team to update the Unifier on Schedule delays
Required
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma.
- 10 years' experience in Project Control Planning & Scheduling function within an EPC environment, including execution of several projects with significant site exposure.
- Expertise in of power plant principles and work processes of EPC environments and work processes of large EPC Projects.
- Expertise in Primavera P6 (with resources loaded schedules).

- Resilient and ability to work under pressure
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Experience of working with international teams and complex environment and open for travel
- 5 years' experience in Extension of time claims / forensic planning
The base pay range for this position is 114,100.00 - 152,200.00 - USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 15% performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity.
