Senior Project Controller
Job Description Summary
Responsible to develop and maintain integrated project schedules for a large portfolio of projects to support project reporting and on time delivery analysis which complies with Customer requirements and adheres to internal processes and standards.
The Project Controller (PC) is responsible for analyzing Projects risk to develop mitigation plans and support claim development / resolution.
Project Controller is also responsible to perform an overall project performance analysis report including risks, and opportunities that provides for a complete project view.

Roles and Responsibilities
- ITO - OTR Handover
- ITO to OTR handover meeting to receive L1 bid schedule and contract details.
- Understand and Confirm ITO assumptions & risk summary is clearly understood, provided during ITO/OTR handoff.
- Attend CKOM & follow-up on open action items from the CKOM related to schedule execution
- Attends release meetings led by ITO to understand project scope, ITO assumptions, and contribute to Delivery Matrix development.
- Drives development of the Commitment Meeting file based on functional inputs, project requirements and contract requirements.
- Drives the Commitment Meeting with functional owners to resolve initial schedule disconnects and reach agreement on the project baseline.

• Attends release meetings led by ITO to understand project scope, ITO assumptions, and contribute to Delivery Matrix development.
• Develops the Commitment Meeting file based on functional inputs, project requirements and contract requirements.
• Leads the Commitment Meeting with functional owners to resolve initial schedule disconnects and reach agreement on the project baseline.
• Sets up project schedule in alignment with Global Planning processes.
L3 Baseline Schedule / KPIs Development
• Participate in Weekly IPM meeting to review the cross-functional risks impacting time or cost and support IPM by working on mitigation actions for identified risks related to schedule & cost.
• Participate in PM Weekly meetings to support on any specific risks impacting partner/sub- contractor/client incl. risk & opportunities related to concurrency between GE/Partner/Client.
• Generate a forward-looking view on risks and headwinds to highlight potential cost/schedule impact exposure (in coordination with Cost Analyst & Scheduler); utilize Primavera Unifier Risk manager tool and update to Internal Project Manager (IPM) , Contract Manager & Project Manager.
• Identify and escalate cost and schedule risks (early warning), and proactively propose corrective actions/trade-offs in order to improve (course correct/back on track) project performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma.
- 10 years' experience in Project Control Planning & Scheduling function within an EPC environment, including execution of several projects with significant site exposure.
Desired Characteristics
- Expertise in of power plant principles and work processes of EPC environments and work processes of large EPC Projects.
- Expertise in Primavera P6
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to lead large complex project team reviews as well as to simplify complex messages
- Resilient and ability to work under pressure
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Experience of working with international teams and complex environment and open for travel
- 5 years' experience in Extension of time claims / forensic planning
- Primavera P6 resources loaded schedules
- Expertise in the Earn Value Management
- Expertise in the Risk Analysis (tools like Acumen Fuse...)
- Engineering and Sourcing expertise
- Project Control experience

Pay Transparency:
For U.S. based candidates only, for purposes of complying with U.S. pay transparency requirements, the base pay range for this position is $
114,100.00 - $152,200.00 USD Annually . The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for 15% annual performance incentive.
