Roles and Responsibilities
- You are responsible for all quality-related activities to sustainably ensure high product quality and take over the disciplinary and technical leadership of the quality team at our site
- You are building a clear organizational direction and measure against key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement on EHS, Quality, Fulfillment and Product Cost
- You independently take measures to improve the quality level and monitor their implementation and effectiveness
- You accompany certification and customer audits as well as internal
- You work closely with our international production sites and contribute professionally to the further development of the cross-site quality management systems
- You are responsible for the Quality culture at site and its development
- You are partnering closely with the Assembly, Logistic, Lean, AME and Controlling team on developing the Assembly
- You are controlling, reviewing and reporting on progress against objectives at all management levels
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Solid experience in leading teams
- Strong knowledge in Supply Chain Manufacturing or strong Engineering skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead, plan and execute projects to deliver improvements in safety, quality and cost reductions or avoidance.
- Strong communication and team skills as well as your intercultural competence to be able to partner with people of different cultures, functions and management level
- Excellent written and spoken English & German skills
- Openness to new things, a high degree of self-motivation and a hands-on mentality
- Analytical way of thinking and a goal-oriented way of working
