Roles and Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all quality-related activities to sustainably ensure high product quality and take over the disciplinary and technical leadership of the quality team at our site
  • You are building a clear organizational direction and measure against key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement on EHS, Quality, Fulfillment and Product Cost
  • You independently take measures to improve the quality level and monitor their implementation and effectiveness
  • You accompany certification and customer audits as well as internal
  • You work closely with our international production sites and contribute professionally to the further development of the cross-site quality management systems
  • You are responsible for the Quality culture at site and its development
  • You are partnering closely with the Assembly, Logistic, Lean, AME and Controlling team on developing the Assembly
  • You are controlling, reviewing and reporting on progress against objectives at all management levels

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Solid experience in leading teams
  • Strong knowledge in Supply Chain Manufacturing or strong Engineering skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, plan and execute projects to deliver improvements in safety, quality and cost reductions or avoidance.
  • Strong communication and team skills as well as your intercultural competence to be able to partner with people of different cultures, functions and management level
  • Excellent written and spoken English & German skills
  • Openness to new things, a high degree of self-motivation and a hands-on mentality
  • Analytical way of thinking and a goal-oriented way of working

  • Full ownership and responsibility for an operation with specific business outcomes
  • Six Sigma and Lean proficiency
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to perform in a matrix driven environment, across functions, revenue sharing partners and clients
