Job Description Summary
This role is responsible for leading the Advanced Manufacturing and Repair Technology (AMRT) development center in Singapore. They will lead strategic management of staffing, technology investments, process development and industrialization. They will coordinate with other AMRT centers when necessary to deliver successful programs to the Repairs Value Stream.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Development of repair technologies, process qualification and industrialization with lean manufacturing principals.
- Manages a large team of professionals and technicians.
- Participate in continuous improvement of the processed used in the AMRT to deliver outcomes while personally learning to become a more skilled practitioner of lean.
- Interprets simple internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services. Stays informed of industry trends that may inform work.
- Act as a key planning partner for the GRS business leadership in execution of Supply Chain Development activities, NPI, Growth, and fulfillment efforts.
- Uses high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems in areas of operational, product management, manufacturing, technology or engineering. Has ability to assess quality of information given and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders. Able to offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters and can construct and provide recommendations. Uses multiple internal and some external sources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision.
- May lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity. Communicates difficult concepts and may influence others' options on topics. May guide others to consider a different point of view.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree of Science in Engineering from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 10 additional years of engineering or manufacturing.
- Willingness and ability to travel both domestic and international up to 25% to support global teams.
