Job Description Summary

The Implementation Success Sr Director will take the lead as an individual contributor to deliver complex customer solutions. This individual will champion successful implementation of our complex solutions across customer, partner and GE teams. The person in this role will lead business transformation defining partner execution strategy and customer success at the C-level. Successful execution will result in new process definition for future execution. The Implementation Success Manager will ensure that the customer sees key performance metrics of On Time Delivery driving Customer health and sentiment.

  • Lead organizational transformation through successful account delivery.
  • Embed with early programs with key accounts that have complex deliveries.
  • Build C-level relationship with client and partner organizations to define implementation model.
  • Guide our customers and partners through their implementation of our composable products with the goal of getting customers to value in the shortest possible time.
  • Innovate and implement partner role as part of delivery infrastructure.
  • Advise our customers and work with partners in developing their future execution strategy.
  • Ensure customers implement the business value of their solution.
  • Manage risk across functions to deliver on program dependencies to deliver on time.
  • Collect and communicate customer input and requirements for the new feature development to our Product teams.
  • Work closely together with different departments to deliver expertise and to help our customers reach their goals.
  • Act as point of contact from partner to product to address issues.
  • Build standard work to scale organizational execution.
  • Ability to problem solve and work through implementation barriers.
  • Ability to monitor data drive action at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to leverage internal resources to ensure client needs are met.
  • Measurements: Customer Loyalty, On time Delivery, Meeting scope commitment, Customer sentiment
  • Abide by all GE Spirit and Letter policies, including, but not limited to Integrity, Diversity, Proprietary Information, Conflict of Interest, QMS, and EHS

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree. A minimum 15 years of professional experience.
  • 5+ years management of large software project portfolio
  • 5+ years in partner led delivery model.
  • 5+ years in utility industry, or other large customer project environment
    Team management of 10+ project managers

  • Demonstrated ability to lead multifunctional team environments and to develop, execute, and coach individual and team priorities
  • Ability to develop and implement managerial and leadership concepts and techniques (plan, execute, direct, coach, mentor, evaluate, control)
  • Ability to lead multiple long and short term projects simultaneously; strong administration, planning and negotiating skills; demonstrated mentoring skills
  • Knowledge of the GE EMS Products and real-time SCADA systems or similar OT solution environments.
  • Able to work within a multi-discipline, multi-cultural team environment
  • Good problem solving skills and a proactive approach to project management
  • Strong communicator, able to juggle multi-tasking in a high pressure environment
  • Ability to organize, assess, orchestrate, prioritize tasks, risks, resources, milestones, and deliverables
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Ability to work across diverse personalities and agendas;
  • Credible, self-starting, a sense of urgency, a bias to action, good judgment, level headed under pressure
  • Ability to think on one's feet, positive, enthusiastic in face of challenges, realistic in face of requirements, and creative in face of opportunities

Additional Information

The salary range for this position is $190,400USD- $285,600USD. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus. Available benefits include be Health, Medical, 401K, and Paid Leave.
