Responsible for design, implementation and administration of Sales Incentive (SIC) plans for all Businesses within Electrification Systems segment. This is a people management role that partners closely with Business Line Commercial Leaders, Finance and Sales Operations teams

Sales Incentives Program Design & Implementation: Develop and implement sales incentive plans aligned with BU/BL goals, ensuring competitiveness and effectiveness in driving desired sales behaviors.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure incentive plans are achieving intended outcomes.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Finance, Comm Ops and HR teams to ensure alignment, address concerns, and manage changes to plans.

Communication & Training: Provide clear communication and training to sales teams on plan details, eligibility, and performance expectations. Work with HRBPs to get EWC/Union sign-offs on SIC design.
Plan Administration: Oversee plan execution, including data validation, payout calculations, and resolving discrepancies or disputes.
SIC Tools - collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and promote usage of SIC tools like Salesforce, Xactly, etc- that promote efficiencies.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, while generating regular reports to measure plan effectiveness and ROI.
Continuous Improvement: Conduct regular reviews and recommend updates to maintain relevance and competitiveness in changing market conditions.
Qualifications/Key Skills
- Overall 12+ years of post-qualification HR experience with significant experience in sales incentive compensation planning experience is a must in a matrix centric organization.
- Strong compensation consultation and partnership skills; ability to build solid relationships and partner across functions
- Demonstrable leadership capability with well-developed coaching, mentoring, influencing and stakeholder relationship skills
- Able to navigate, spearhead and manage within a highly matrix environment.
- Experience of designing and managing base salary structures, Incentive Plans, competitive market analysis, forecasting trends, costs and modeling outcomes
- Develop and design the sales incentive plan
- Also get involved in day-to-day nuances, payout operations, strategy + operations management.
- Understanding of and experience in administering global benefit programs.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal and responsive skills.
- Able to push back and challenge BU senior leaders etc.,
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate and resolve complex problems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, roll-up-sleeves, innovative environment
- Ambidextrous teammate, someone who is collaborative and a self-starter.
