Job Description Summary

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Sales Growth Analyst to join our team at the Power Transmission Business Line. In this role, you will collaborate with the Growth Leader and cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies for the Saudi & Bahrain sub-region, drive market and customer analysis, and support the rollout of innovative services initiatives. This role involving shaping value propositions, leading cost estimation and proposal efforts, and contributing to the success of strategic field initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills, curiosity, and a proactive mindset to help accelerate business growth and enhance customer engagement across the Saudi & Bahrain sub-region.
In line with the Saudization requirements preference will be given to qualified Saudi nationals.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research, data gathering, and analysis to identify trends, segment target markets, and develop customer-centric value propositions.
  • Collaborate with the Sales, Tendering and Operations teams to present solutions, gather feedback from customers, and iterate to support business growth.
  • Provide end-to-end support on opportunity development including offer preparation, cost estimation, content creation and internal communication setup.
  • Partner with the Growth Leader to drive adoption of new growth initiatives and implement reporting mechanism for performance tracking.
  • Work with the Field Services team to explore and validate new growth initiatives, assess feasibility, and support regional launch plans.
  • Contribute to the development of internal knowledge tools, templates, and archives to streamline communication and data management.
  • Regularly engage with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure alignment and progress on business priorities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or related Engineering discipline, from an accredited university.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in the high voltage services industry, with preference for roles in sales, business development, or commercial support functions.
  • Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
