Job Description Summary
The Contract Manager will lead end to end contract & supplier management for complex Major Component Upgrade (Crane MCU) projects across APAC (Including Australia). The MCU Contract Manager is accountable for suppliers' performance through the contract and rigorous tracking of SQDC KPIs & Compliance of suppliers & contractors (SQDC stands for Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.)
It also Includes variable contract resource planning.
The Service Contract Manager will report to the APAC Crane MCU Leader.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Contract Lifecycle Management:
Overseeing the entire process, from initial drafting and negotiation to execution, monitoring, and renewal or termination.

Drafting and Negotiation:
Creating and negotiating contract terms, ensuring they are favorable to the organization.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensuring contracts comply with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as company policies.
Monitoring and Performance Tracking:
Tracking contract performance, identifying potential issues, and taking corrective action.
Record Keeping:
Maintaining accurate and organized records of all contracts.
Stakeholder Communication:
Communicating with internal and external stakeholders regarding contract matters.
Dispute Resolution:
Addressing contract disputes and finding amicable solutions.
Relationship Building:
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree: Often required, with degrees in Engg, business, law, or related fields being preferred.
- Relevant Experience: Experience in contract negotiation, drafting, or management is highly valued.
- Certifications: Certifications in contract management may enhance job prospects.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior operational/execution role at Country level.
- Experience in contract management & Project Planning.
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally, as required
