Roles and Responsibilities
Electrical Panel Inspection:
- Perform detailed inspections of in-process and finished electrical panels against technical specifications and drawings.
- Identify, document, and report non-conformities, ensuring project traceability.
- Knowlagent functional and safety tests on electrical panels (is a plus).

Quality Engineering & Process Improvement:
- Create, review, and optimize work instructions and procedures for manufacturing processes, especially for electrical panels.
- Manage the calibration program for measurement and test equipment.
- Investigate root causes of non-conformities (internal and supplier-related), implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Analyze and map manufacturing processes, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for Manufacturing Quality.
Quality Management Systems & Training:
- Support and monitoring of quality management systems.
- Provide and follow quality and process training to the teams.
- Foster a strong quality culture within the organization.
Continuous Improvement & Collaboration:
- Participate in continuous improvement projects (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, FMEA, PDCA).
- Collaborate cross-functionally (ITO and OTR) to ensure product quality.
Required Qualification:
- Technical degree in electrical, Production, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field. Bachelor's is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality, with proven experience in both product inspection (preferably electrical. panels) and quality engineering/process management.
- Solid knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001) and quality tools (PDCA, MASP, FMEA).
- Experience with equipment calibration management.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and product specifications (electrical panels).
- Six Sigma certification (Green Belt/Black Belt) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Intermediate English and Portuguese is a plus.
