• Receive training, mentorship, and coaching from world-class technologists and experienced managers

• Experience challenging assignments in the power generation industry focusing on areas related to Nuclear Quality Assurance Program implementation for SMR projects.
• Perform assessments of project quality assurance requirements to established GEH procedures and instructions
• Develop project quality assurance plans
• Conduct project quality oversight through the performance of quality surveillances.
• Assess supplier capabilities and participate in supplier inspection activities
• Apply engineering and Lean principles to continuous improvement projects with cross-functional organizations
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss ongoing projects, share insights, and contribute to problem solving discussions.

• Must be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate program in an engineering discipline as listed below.
• Following majors accepted: Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, Systems Engineering, or other related discipline.
• Must maintain a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA (without rounding).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be willing to work in Markham, ON and Darlington New Nuclear Project site.
• Must be available for a 12-month co-op program starting Summer 2026.

• Eager to learn new technology and skillsets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio etc.).
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Previous Co-op/internship experience in Nuclear Industry is an asset.
• Experience in heavy industrial fabrication (Welding, Forming, Assembly, and Testing)
• Mechanical or Electrical Inspection experience
• Previous Quality Assurance or Quality Control experience
