Roles and Responsibilities

Ensure that accurate and complete assumptions are incorporated in order to win profitable projects during the tendering phase. During the execution phase, coordinate negotiations with commodity managers and local buyers, and directly negotiate selected commodities. Manage claims.
Apply in-depth knowledge of a specific discipline and strong analytical thinking to implement policies and strategies. Possess foundational knowledge of the relevant functional discipline.
Demonstrate knowledge of best practices and an understanding of how the function integrates with others; understand the competitive landscape and key differentiators in the market.
Exercise sound judgment and propose alternative solutions beyond established parameters to address more complex day-to-day issues. Ability to prioritize information for data analysis, leveraging technical expertise and analytical thinking. Utilize multiple internal resources and limited external resources outside the immediate team to support decision-making.
Serve as a resource for less experienced colleagues. May lead small projects with low risk and limited resource requirements. Clearly articulate information and foster alignment within the team on functional topics. Communicate performance expectations and handle sensitive issues appropriately.

Basic Qualifications
This role requires substantial relevant work experience in the field. Educational level equivalent to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, or a high school diploma with equivalent relevant work experience.
