This position belongs to Grid Solutions, Power Transmission for North Europe Region.
The Project Manager is accountable to deliver winning, good quality, profitable, compliant project execution. You will report into the PT CNE Nordics Leader organisation.
You will handle medium and large service projects in Sweden & Nordics
You will have full accountability for the execution of the projects under your charge from planning up to the final execution and from EHS setup up to the delivery on time, on cost and quality to the final customer.

Roles and Responsibilities
The Customer facing Project Manager will have responsibility for:
- Customer contract management
- Project reporting
- Scheduling/planning
- Invoicing to customer
- Variation orders
- Project finance reporting and budget responsibility
- Cost and CM deviation control
- Monthly review with PT CNE management - project reporting
- Procurement internal/external suppliers
- Leading conversation and follow up with supplying units anticipating actions to avoid delays
- Logistics
- Dispatch of field service resources and factory supervisors to site
What we expect from you:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. Diploma in electrical engineering is a plus
- Min 3 years of experience in a Project business - proven accumen on PMM
- Experience in high voltage electrical systems - transformers and high voltage circuit breakers
- Fluency in Swedish/Scandinavian language and English, both oral and written
- Driver's license
- Willing to travel within the Nordics
- Deployment of EHS for medium and large projects
