Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Defining and clarifying the project scope in agreement with stakeholders. - Supervising the implementation in accordance with the established scope.
• Managing the bidding process and supplier acquisition. - Collaborating with the Sourcing Department in supplier selection.
• Preparing a detailed project implementation schedule. - Monitoring deadlines and updating the plan in case of changes.
• Regularly reporting project progress to supervisors and stakeholders. - Highlighting risks and deviations from the plan.
• Placing orders in line with company procedures and project requirements. - Coordinating the flow of documentation related to orders.
