Job Description
What you'll do
- Represent the site team in actions related to stakeholders
- Support the team with Finance/Sourcing expertise
- Support C&C activities in the region, find local resources for the projects
- Review scope, budget, schedule, and risk/opportunities of the contract
- Participate in the ITO (handover) process from tendering to construction reviewing construction scope and budget;
- Assess and understand potential risks and opportunities
- Define the project rules and conditions in coordination with Site and Project Manager to create the project guidelines for the respective projects
- Ensure the implementation and compliance of the delegation model strategy
- Ensure the nomination, mobilization and de-mobilization of site staff according to defined schedules and requirements of the site
- Ensure resources are appointed and delegated on-time and in compliance with the approved delegation strategies
- On-time and accurate site installation report to GE Vernova internal stakeholders/customers.
- Ensure accurate reporting in the tools WIPT and Primavera 6
- Coordinate and ensure that purchase orders for site activities are placed opportunely in respect of local purchasing process
- Know and ensure the respect of the local regulation rules
- Monitor and ensure that the erection and commissioning documentation needed for the execution of the site activities is available on-site, as per contractual requirements
What you'll bring (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or a college with equivalent knowledge + 8 years of experiences per below.
- A min. of 5 years of experience in EPC management Leadership or Project management
- Inclusive of 3 years of Financial and/or Sourcing
What will make you stand out
- Experience in leading Projects tied to P&L's - financial efforts to apply controllership /cost management
- Experience working with EPC Stakeholders
- Strong Excel /PP presentation skills to senior level stakeholders

For U.S. based candidates only, for purposes of complying with U.S. pay transparency requirements, the base pay range for this position is; $100,000.00 - $166,700.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 10% performance bonus. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. This position will stay open on the career website until at least June 25, 2025
