Job Description Summary
The Test Supervisor will be responsible for a team of Test and Cyber Technicians and will ensure Safe and high-quality operations while maintaining business delivery and revenue expectations. This is an onsite role based in the Longmont, Colorado - Controls Solutions and Services Site.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of Test and Cyber Technicians
- Foster a Safety and Quality culture within the workshop. Ensure Stop Work mentality.
- Get to Gemba and monitor the work areas 'Hazard Hunts' and documentation of same in Gen Suite.
- Manage Shop Schedule
- Approve and manage team overtime.
- Adopt a Lean mindset and culture.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 2 years in manufacturing, production or technical discipline OR High school diploma with 6 years in manufacturing/production environment.
Desired Characteristics
- Experience in controls, electrical and mechanical assembly.
- Cyber security awareness.
- Lean experience or knowledge.
- SAP experience.
- Good safety mindset and awareness.
- Project Management skills.
Pay Transparency
The base pay range for this position is $89,900.00 - $120,100.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for 10 % variable incentive compensation.
*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
