This role of Planning Leader is an interface between GE OFW global Manufacturing & Planning &Procurement and GE OFW Jieyang plant, manage planning and ensure orders& master data timely update to generate correct MRP, collaborate with global fulfillment team to meet material demand and control inventory level, review plant production schedule and ensure delivery OTD.

- Manage master/mid-term/short-term planning as needed, material processes and systems, prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs. Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs. Optimize inventory and process improvements.
- Includes virtual/direct people management responsibility including staffing and performance development. Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking and technical experience to execute policy/strategy.
- Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
- Uses some judgment and has some ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles. Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements. Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field. Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.

Required Qualifications
- This role requires medium to advanced experience in the Manufacturing & Materials Planning and Execution. Knowledge level is comparable to a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
- Proved experience on inventory control and ECO management. ERP experience, Oracle or SAP is preferred.
- Good oral and written English language skills. Demonstrated ability to identify risks, analyze problems and lead stakeholders to make them resolved.
- Positive mindset, good logics and ownership on problem resolving. Self-motivated under pressure.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional and global environment.
