Role Description:

Aero Service Technologies Malaysia is seeking a skilled Planning and Customer Fulfillment Manager to join our team at the Port Klang (Selangor) facility. This critical role involves managing production planning and ensuring customer fulfillment aligns with our Safety, Quality, Delivery, and People (SQDP) standards. The Planning and Customer Fulfillment Manager will coordinate with various departments to optimize schedules and ensure high-level customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Planning: develop and manage production schedules to ensure efficient use of resources and timely delivery of products.
  • Customer Fulfillment: oversee customer order processing to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of orders, maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Inventory Management: monitor inventory levels and work with supply chain teams to ensure adequate stock and materials are available.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: collaborate with manufacturing, sales, and logistics teams to align production plans with business objectives and customer requirements.
  • Performance Monitoring: establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of planning and fulfillment processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and customer service.
  • Communication: serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring clear and effective communication.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management or a related field.
  • At least three years of experience in production planning or customer fulfillment roles within a manufacturing or service environment.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Previous experience in aeroderivative turbine operations is considered a plus.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement efficient planning and fulfillment strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
