Job Description Summary
The Operations Specialist will be responsible for supporting executive levels in both manufacturing and engineering within the Schenectady Manufacturing site. Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team. Focused on execution of standard enabling activities/provision of advice subject to policy and work routines within an enabling discipline.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist Plant Leader/Staff in various plant wide projects/tasks. Working with various stakeholders on site to help with operational meetings/projects
- Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Good understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
- May have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework. Resolves issues in situations that require good knowledge and judgment within established procedures. Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined policy/parameters.
- Create Power Point presentations for various meetings/help with various staff/plant level projects
- Office and administrative assistance to teams or individuals.
- Broadening knowledge of theories, practices and procedures in own discipline to execute functional policy/strategy; still developing functional knowledge and skills.

Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- At least 3 years of experience in operational / administrative support role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in business management
- Familiarity with reporting tools and dashboards
- Experience monitoring operational metrics
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly
Pay Transparency
The base pay range for this position is $79,800.00 - $88,000.00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.This position is also eligible for a 5% performance bonus/Sales Incentive Compensation/equity.
*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
