Offshore Wind Resource Coordinator

This role ensures that technicians have the resources they need (i.e. computers, PPE, etc.) to effectively deploy to our project sites. In addition, the Resource Coordinator is responsible to review/approve timecards, manage time off requests, and handle a wide range of documentation needs.

In addition, the Resource Coordinator is responsible to review/approve timecards, manage time off requests, and handle a wide range of documentation needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Submit and manage requests to ensure that technicians have all required resources prior to deployment
- Support the Resource Management Leader in building deployment schedules (Vessel manifests) and communicate schedules to technicians and site operations leaders
- Ensure clear guidelines and process for time off requests. Review/approve requests consistent with agreed guidelines and provide advance notice of any potential operational impact
- Review/approve timecards ensuring accuracy and compliance with all labor regulations and pay practices
- Schedule technician panel review for advancement and ensure that all required documentation is submitted consistent with the process requirements
- Manage and maintain documentation and systems that support resource deployment
- Perform other duties as required
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college in Operations, Business, or equivalent experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and related tools
Desired Skills and Competencies:
- Experience in offshore wind or relevant marine industry is preferred
- Prior experience coordinating resource deployment or relevant scheduling activities
- Proven ability to work independently and manage conflicting priorities
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to follow processes, improve processes, and maintain standards
