Position Overview:
As the Military Program Manager at GE Vernova, you will spearhead initiatives that celebrate and promote our organizational culture while attracting top-tier talent from diverse backgrounds. This role combines strategic outreach with cultural advocacy, working closely with veteran-focused initiatives to enhance our recruitment capabilities and uphold our commitment to veterans. Reporting to the Talent Attraction Leader, you'll manage campaigns and partnerships that resonate with veteran communities and contribute to our global talent acquisition goals.

- Develop and Implement Strategic Outreach Programs: Create programs that align with GE Vernova's cultural values, leveraging storytelling and digital content to highlight employee experiences and foster an inclusive workplace.
- Collaborate with Veteran Groups: Design and lead recruitment initiatives that attract diverse talent, including underrepresented communities and military veterans, integrating feedback from veterans and cultural organizations into strategies.
- Lead and Manage External Outreach Campaigns: Ensure alignment with cultural and recruitment objectives, while effectively managing resources, timelines, and stakeholders.
- Build and Sustain Strategic Partnerships: Establish and maintain partnerships with external organizations, community groups, and academic institutions that support cultural diversity and veteran engagement.
- Promote GE Vernova as a Culturally Rich Employer: Represent the company at events and through strategic digital campaigns, emphasizing our cultural richness and veteran-friendly environment.
- Develop and Support Educational Programs: Create educational initiatives for stakeholders, highlighting the value of cultural diversity and military skills in civilian roles.
- Track, Analyze, and Enhance Outreach Success: Provide regular reports and insights to measure campaign success and enhance future strategies.
Qualifications:
- 10+ Years Experience: Experience in outreach and recruitment within a global organization, focusing on culture and diversity engagement.
- Bachelor's Degree: In Communications, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field; military experience or equivalent preferred.
- Cultural Engagement and Military Recruitment Expertise: Strong understanding of cultural engagement principles and military recruitment strategies, with innovative thinking to develop effective outreach methods.
- Event Organization and CRM Tools Proficiency: Experience in organizing and leading culture-focused and veteran recruitment events, with proficiency in customer relationship management tools and recruitment platforms, including MOS converters.
- Storytelling and Communication Skills: Experience in managing campaigns across multiple platforms with excellent communication skills to leverage cultural and military experiences for recruitment success.
- Partnership and Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and sustain partnerships with cultural and military organizations, advocacy groups, and community organizations, translating these experiences into civilian job competencies.
- Project Management Skills: Skilled in managing multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders, with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Analytical Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address barriers, optimize outcomes, and leverage diversity-focused recruitment tools and data analysis for measuring campaign success.
If contracted in the US:
The salary range for this position is $92,900 - 125,000 USD Annual.
The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a performance bonus. This posting is expected to close on 7/23/25.
