Job Description Summary

What Impact You'll Make:

Master Scheduler is responsible for developing high-level repair job execution schedule for whole shop. This position will be a cross functional role, incorporating inputs from multiple groups with the customer needs as the primary focus. Managing a level loaded, practical production plan based on internal & external resources capacity. The leader will also directly manage the Production Control team members to make sure all production documentation and ERP data are accurately maintained to support the Master Production Schedule and ERP processes.

Job Description

What you'll do:

  • Create, implement, and maintain a master production schedule (MPS) for the manufacturing process in alignment with COE Leaders & business strategies. Resolve scheduling conflicts and handle unforeseen delays.
  • Define the Standard WIP levels and Parts Per day budget Attainment targets for all Production value streams. Align SWIP targets wit DIO and inventory turns targets for the factory
  • Manage Customer On-time Delivery and Customer / Region escalations
  • Directly Manage with site Production planning team.
  • Communicate the MPS effectively with all relevant teams and departments
  • Review and drive problem solving and corrective actions relating to Budget Attainment within Production and Subcontracting
  • Determine manpower, equipment, and raw materials needed to cover production demand. Use this information to create and maintain the SIOP Supply plan and MBOM processes
  • Analyze production specifications and plant capacity data. Maintain Takt Vs cycle data and define site future capacity plans to support the Supply planning and Capacity growth projects. Prepare and submit status and performance reports as required
  • Drive/Lead Global standards in Scheduling processes, by sharing businesses best practices
  • Plan and supervise outsourced activities
  • Active communication with forecasters, manage Quarterly BP process from shopfloor perspective.
  • Support financial planning processes with accurate analysis of volume
  • Support any ad-hoc analysis based on management needs.
  • Active participation on mandatory EHS trainings and events.
  • Active participant in the daily GENBA walks, highlighting any concerns or constraints driving a problem-solving culture. Use Leader standard work to make sure all Standard works are meet

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or planning.
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer-literate and competent in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Eligibility Requirement

  • The legal right to work in KSA without company sponsorship or time restriction.

  • Demonstrated understanding of lean concepts
  • Relevant experience in ERP system, strong SAP knowledge.
  • Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations.
  • Experience in gas turbine components and power plants.
  • Detail and standard process oriented
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
  • CPIM or PMP certifications
