Main Responsibilities
- Management of the production planning and/or Procurement team;
- Size/define/evaluate execution resources;
- Prepare and validate production schedules/plans and publish them within the established deadlines;
- Ensure the arrival of materials within the established deadlines;
- Conduct performance assessments of supervised/coordinated teams;
- Monitor and plan actions for established goals and indicators;
- Ensure that the daily/weekly/monthly work routine of team activities is carried out;

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in engineering, administration or related fields;
- Advanced English;
- 100% on site work;
- Experience in manufacturing planning is desirable;
- Knowledge of Excel and Power Point
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge/experience with SAP, VBA, BI, ChatGPT is desirable;
- Negotiation skills, analysis, teamwork;
