Roles & Responsibilities :

• Will be responsible for in-process quality control during factory manufacturing process and installation process at site, with good communication with manufacturing and quality control team.
• Will do incoming inspection, after receiving parts and units from vendor, do incoming inspection, subject items are purchase parts, machining parts, assembled unit and etc.
• Make statistics of incoming inspection items make statistics of number of inspection items and defect ratio based on each vendor.
• Instruct vendor based on statistics result of incoming inspection, instruct vendor as necessary.
• Support ISO and audits: if any incoming inspection contents in ISO 9001, audit and etc, Incoming inspection team will support and set up Incoming inspection work: if find unestablished incoming inspection work, need to set up such as making workflow, work procedure etc.
• Ensure no product is delivered with open non-conformance. To perform in-process Quality checks as derived in Quality checklists for stages like Core, Core-Coil assembly, VPD, Retightening, Tanking, Vacuuming & oil filling, Final Testing, Dismantling & Transport.
• Raise nonconformance observed during in-process stages. Coordinate with responsible department for Root cause & CAPA.
• Arrange periodic NCR review meeting with inter departments. Certified Internal auditor for ISO9001:2015 to support related Quality Management System.
• Responsible to define Manufacturing Quality Plans (MQP) based on contracts & relevant standards. Coordinate the stage inspections of Core assembly, CCA (Active part) with customer & prepare the relevant report for the clearance.
• Follow up of NCRs & Coordinate Root Cause Analysis (8D etc.) and define the action related team which come from internal audits, customer audits, during manufacturing inspections.
