모집 직종: 기술직 생산기술 엔지니어 자격 요건
- 경력: 신입 및 용접/제관 경력 1년 이상
- 학력: 고졸 이상 (전문대 졸업자 우대)
- 필수 역량: HRSG 제작을 위한 제관 및 용접 작업의 이해, HRSG 도면 및 기술 문서 이해, MS Office 활용 능력, Lean 참여 경험, 영어 문서 이해 및 작성 능력
- 우대 사항: 지게차 운전 능력, GTAW/FCAW/SMAW/GMAW 용접 능력
담당 업무 사내 용접사 관리
- Test 시편 관리
- Welder Test/Mock up Test/PQ Test 입회, 교육 등 전체 Test 주관
- Welder Test 결과 시스템 기록
- Monthly TCW 배포
- 정기적인 용접사 기량 모니터링 및 교육 실시
제작문서 작성
- Code / GEV Spec. & Req. / Project Specification Review
- 제작 문서 작성을 위한 도면 검토
- 제작 지침서, 절차서, 기술 사양서 작성
- WPS & PQR, Traveller 작성
용접봉 관리
- 용접봉 사양 검토, MPS 작성, 품의/PR 발행, 입고 처리, 성적서 검토
- 용접봉 불출(매일 오전/오후) 관리
- Flux 건조(SMAW/SAW)
- 용접봉 불출내역 시스템 입력
- 월/연간 재고 관리
- 용접봉 창고 관리
