Job Description
Scope of Responsibilities:
- Analysis of design documentation and customer requirements
- Process P-FMEA analysis
- Development of processes and preparation of process documentation for the production of power generator components
- Preparation of process data for RFQs (requests for quotation)
- Transfer of design data into the MRP system
- Analysis of error causes, participation in solving and preventing them
- Active development and improvement of production processes
- Programming of large-scale machines
Requirements:
- Higher technical education in mechanics (preferred fields: Mechanical Engineering or Automation and Robotics)
- Ability to read technical drawings and design documentation
- English language - communicative level
- Good knowledge of the production environment
- Knowledge of the SAP system
- International Welding Technologist - IWT certification
- Practical knowledge of machining processes and tools
- Several years of experience in programming and operating large CNC machines with Sinumerik software
