As a Manufacturing Engineer for our Turbine Rotor and Generator products and processes, you ensure that the necessary technical inputs, equipment, and tools for production of Rotors and Generators are available on time and to the required level of quality.

What you'll do

• Design and ensure all tooling & fixtures to support manufacturing processes are delivered on time and to the correct level of quality
• Plan, coordinate and communicate resource and timelines in line with project needs for BMK (tooling fixture design) and Tooling topics
• Ensure that work is performed in terms of safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and regulatory compliance
• Communicate cross-functionally with programming, AVOR, and production teams to ensure deliverables are met
• Support the LEAN culture, engage in and lead KAIZEN personally, and identify and execute improvement projects
• Act as a coach to promote and develop junior employees
• Stay up to date with new technologies and drive innovation in the organization
• Perform risk analyses (FMEA) and cost-benefit analyses to support development and process optimization

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, or equivalent experience, with a strong knowledge of Rotor and Generator design and manufacturing processes

• Significant experience in Rotor and Generator manufacturing
• Fluent German and English, both spoken and written
• Strong autonomy, initiative, and clear, factual communication skills
