Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Control and maintain production process including tooling and equipment. Validate design specifications and shop floor application of new product, tools, or equipment.
- Implement and maintain manufacturing methods to support the Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost priorities.
- In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
- Uses own judgement and suggests solutions within boundaries drawing on prior experience for straightforward tasks with guidance when needed.
- Regular participation in monthly Lean Kaizen events to support the Lean Roadmap.
- Support New Product Introduction.
- Support CNC processes.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university (or a high school diploma/GED and at least 2 years of manufacturing or operations experience).
Desired Characteristics
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail, time management and organization.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Basic project management skills.
- Experience with Lean manufacturing principles.
- Experience with NC Programming/CAM.
- Basic understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
The base pay range for this position is $66,000.00 -$75,000 . The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for 5% performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity.
