Job Description Summary
The Logistics & Inventory Specialist will be responsible for allocation, coordination and delivery of all parts and supplies for NAM M&D Field Services and Depot Repair.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
- Complete daily shipments as needed
- Maintain stock inventory levels by creating purchase requisitions
- Process incoming shipments from internal and external customers
- Inventory Tracking - maintain inventory records & conduct physical counts as needed
- Manage and track Field Engineers and Stock inventories and ensure accuracy
- Complete internal RMA requests and international shipment
- Occasional after hours shipment requirement
- Provides strong individual contributions in achieving team goals and objectives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Maintain accurate and detailed records
- Order & track shipping and other general supplies

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Logistics and/or Inventory management
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

- Desire to work independently and with a team
- Must be extremely detailed and task oriented and able to handle multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills & dedication to follow through with attention to detail
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
- ERP experience is preferred
- Sales Force experience is preferred
- Knowledge of general shipping and receiving practices and procedures
- Motivated, reliable, well organized, detail oriented and team player with positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Flexibility to adapt and take on new tasks as needed
- Proficiency to understand and interpret basic written technical information
- Demonstrated ability to work well with limited direction and information
- Ability to communicate and integrate across functions within the business
The salary range for this position is 60,000.00-75,000.00 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. This posting is expected to close on 9/1/25.
